Following his training as a fighter pilot
in the Swiss air force, Mr. Roch concentrated his career in finance,
wealth management and international financial planning. Previously, he was Vice President in Montreal of Bank Julius Baer, which is one of Switzerland's leading banking institutions. Prior to joining Bank Julius Baer, he was Associate Director of UBS, one of the world's leading financial firms. Working at UBS both in Switzerland and in Canada, he was successively Investment Adviser, Financial Consultant and head of the International Financial Planning department. After having studied Law at Geneva University, Mr. Roch received a bachelor's degree in Political Sciences from the University of Lausanne. Having been given an award and a scholarship, he also studied International Relations at Bruxelles University and Laval University (Qc). Mr. Roch holds an MBA from Sherbrooke University. |

Mr. Spielmann entered the field of finance,
wealth management and foreign exchange trading in 1971. Until 2003, he was the Montreal based Vice-President and investment committee member of Eterna, a Quebec City based wealth management firm. Prior to joining Eterna, he was Senior Vice-President of Interinvest Consulting Inc, an international wealth management firm. In prior years, he managed the North American assets of a major European based private foundation. He was also director and investment officer of several privately held Canadian foundations and endowments. He is a member of the CFA Institute as well as the Montreal Society of Financial Analysts. |
